Scam claiming to be health insurance

Anyone else ? I don't answer and when I google it's all in Chinese

Its most likely a scam. I didn't answer the phone but if they were a legitimate caller, you'd think they would at least leave a voice message.

Asking for details and knew my name

called multiple times on the same day but they didn't leave a message.

Said they were calling on behalf of a health provider I've used in the past, couldn't understand the company name through the accent, even though I asked three times. They knew my first name. Started asking questions about the last time I used medicare. Told them I was busy working and they asked if there was a another time I was available to talk. Kept telling me the call was recorded so it was entirely safe, I was skeptical. Might have been legit but hard to tell since I couldn't tell which company they were actually calling from
