Called our retail store looking for the owner for issues. I asked them if I can pass anything on but they refused to tell me unless I got them onto the phone with the owner which I said no as this is but a retail store. Not our first scam call from these people.

scammers wanting to fix telstra internet issues...

same number has called several times over the last few days
different people - all have bad english
they get angry and rude when being asked to 'please repeat, I can't understand '

Calls our business every single day and when you answer, they hang up without saying anything

I also had a missed call from this number, on Friday @ 6.30 pm. I couldn't have been a customer with a product issue as I haven't reported any issues, I am not a Telstra customer either. I am not returning the call. It sounds like a scam. 100%.

caller pretending to be telstra saying I'm sending errors into the phone and internet network and he can fix my nbn modem and solve the issues. My son told me he's scammer so I hung up on him.
