Could be from recent hacks? Wants gender for fake ID?

Did not leave a message - can't call back..believe this is a Scam Call

Said it was an 'automated survey' about the election. Asked for gender. I hung up. Not going to provide any personal info to a survey that doesn't say who is running the survey. Likely a scam to get personal info for some other purpose.

This number has called 3 times, I tried returning call and it says the number is not connected. Obviously spam / very dodgy . Now on my blocked list

Judging by all these reports its either a scam or nuisance caller. BLOCKED IT.
