keep calling on different numbers

Some wine company trying to sell their stuff and I might have sworn at them and they hung up lol

I haven't made any orders with them before or ever. I then called up to apologise and they said oh. Is this how you get when you've been drinking? And I've just said wow that's rude and then hung up then blocked the number.

Told them to stop calling but won't listen.
