They called me with a name of a particular person and wanted to confirm if they were our neighbours. They wanted to me to pass on a message that they would text me it and they did text me the message to pass on. they wouldn't give me any other info what it was regarding to other than it is a private matter. Not sure where did they get my number but it's annoying. should i be concern that they have my number?

asked for a particular male who i do not know. but the caller did not state what company they were calling from but had my name and mobile number. also knew my address... have no idea how they obtained my details but will be informing the police about this

Sounded like a finance coy, as above, would not give their name ir name o the company, do not know where the got my number from, and did not know the person they were naming.
I said if they cannot reveal who they are, then do not call my number again.
