When I answered this call, there were several seconds of silence, then a man with an Indian accent started into a spiel about solar rebates. I listened for a few seconds, then told him I was in credit, then hung up. I get scam calls like this all the time. I also had an previous call (about 30 minutes earlier) from this same number.

I picked up but did not speak. They hung up, and I will block the number.
