Caller: Female caller When I answered this call there was a long delay, then a female caller (with a Filipino accent) told me that she was calling regarding the solar panel rebate and started to ask me questions about my solar panels. I told her that I was quite satisfied with my current situation and she terminated the call. Almost certainly a scam.
