Caller: E-Bay scammer E- Bay scammer purporting to be genuine. Enquired about a phantom E-Bay purchase, which I did not make, in an attempt to secure my personal details for purposes of obtaining money under false pretences. Ironically, the caller implied that I had been scammed and that his intention was to ‘assist’ me to resolve the issue. One to be aware of.
