Unknown caller, leaves a message using my full name, asking if I can hear them, saying "hello, hello" before hanging up

Female with a foreign accent, perhaps Indian (?)

I am receiving multiple similar calls (identical message format, like a script) from different phone numbers, some of which my phone highlights as suspected spam
