"My telephone bill is overdue please go to....". obviously scam sent to my message. Be aware of this number and do not respond to it.

Scam bank message.
Bank will never send you a link to do anything, only a warning email or message and suggest you to check with the bank directly, if something is wrong.
Here what they sent:
CommBank security alert: suspicious NetBank activity. Your NetBank has been locked. Please visit https://webserver2.vps.webdock.io/cust?id=0405 055 200
