Caller: Steven Phelps SCAMMER!!!!! We put up a wanted ad on gumtree asking for tractor parts. He called us and said he had the parts we needed. We sent him the money, no parts arrived. His email is stevenphelps250 @ gmail.com. he has apparently scammed thousands of people, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON!!!!!! Police are involved.
