Caller: ‘Scarlet’ (with Indian accent) saying she’s from Telstra Technical Department Said my internet would be suspended for 2 weeks because of unauthorised use of my IP address. She wanted me to go to my laptop and let her ‘talk me through’ a demonstration of the problem. I’m presuming it’s a scam, but no way to tell.
