Caller: claiming ro be from NBN user claimed to be from NBN. stated they were going to upgrade me free of charge to fibre optic. wanted me to do a speedtest. When I asked why she got very upset with me and couldnt/wouldnt explain to me why just kept stating it was free. Didnt ask me for any details of who i was or my account and refused to prove they were from NBN they hung up on me
