Caller: Amazon Customer Service Robo call, press 1# to speak to a representative. The person with foreign (asian) accent wanted to know if I wanted to renew or cancel my subscription. Apparently Amazon provides misic/video services?!? I had no subscription, he did not have my right name and $9.99 p.mth was not deducted from my bank account. He did ask what my name was, which I did not provide.
