Tried to call me. Second I hit decline they sent me the below text message. The text addressed to a random name, the vagueness of “in your area”. Seems to be a phishing text.
“Hi Kok, my name is Jean calling on behalf of Cam at NGU Real Estate. The reason for the call is we just sold a property in your area. I just like to let you know that we sold that one for a really good price, and we had a lots of buyers missed out on the purchase. We just want to know if you would be interested in a free appraisal on your home at all.
