Uncertain if authentic .... Becken (spell?, but male) from Harcourts Real Estate. Apparently 'Jose' spoke with partner who wanted a valuation on property just before Christmas, but had my phone number, not theirs - seemed a bit odd?? Suggested he go back to 'Jose' to get the right/correct number as I certainly did not speak to anyone about wanting a valuation ..... so not sure why they called me.
