Matt from Connoisseur doesn't give up-2 years of harassment. He has a series of 0483 and 0481 numbers he calls from.

Caller: Don’t care I do not answer unknown calls - if someone needs to contact me they leave a message. Fed up with calls from what are obviously the same caller as only the last three numbers are changed. I still block them but it’s a bit pointless and Telstra couldn’t care less.
