Claimed to be calling on behalf of mastercard/visa. I think a 3rd party disconnected the phone call before I could hurl abuse at them

They said they were from NBN/Telstra and wanted to give me a refund because my modem was not set up correctly..when they don’t get what they want they start swearing at you.
