Hello Fresh - I cancelled a while back. I couldn't contact them by phone had to do through their app. They emailed acknowledgement of cancellation on the 15th of the month, then deducted my bank account on the 17th of the month and delivered another unwanted box of food. I emailed an complained heard nothing back. Now they want me back, all of a sudden they can call me but I can't call them

HelloFresh trying to get me to sign up again. I cancelled over a year ago and asked to be taken off their list. Still get calls and don't answer anymore. Blocked the number.

They are scammers!!

Assume Hello fresh trying resign me up after horrendous poor service.

Didn't answer but they called me! Presuming it was Hello Fresh also.

Helpful to see the comments from other people . Didn't answer as phone said possible spam. Will be alert to further attempts to contact. Tried Hello fresh briefly. Not for me so cancelled. Got a lot of "are you sure" emails even after I cancelled.

They chained called me 3 times.

I haven’t purchased anything from them in over a year.
