Rings once then hangs up Then someone rings back again to try and scam you on a different number

Answered it to blank air then hang up after 4 seconds. Rang it back and it won’t ring.

Tried calling and mised the call few times never left a message have an auto txt message reply to leave name and number on txt and i will return call. no reply with txt and number is engaged when try to return call. Annoying
