Suspected spam, blocked by phone. No message left

Claim to be from Visa, advising a Gift Card has been debited to my account for $1099.00. I got transferred to and Indian-sounding female who asked why I called. When I advised this number had called me, she hung up. (What a surprise!)

Caller: Supposedly from security with visa & mastercard

When I laughed and asked what sort of scam he had he hung up!
