dodgy call claiming to be about NBN or silence

Claimed to be from NBN - Telstra Technical Dept - long script about how my internet was dropping out, the condition of the line, there were errors in my computer, and in the end they wanted to install remote access software to fix all the errors they said were being reported by my Telstra internet connection and it would take 1-2 hours (in which time they would steal my data, and forever after harvest my passwords and bank accounts). No way! Hang up on them!
