Caller: scammer pretending to be bank Caller said they were from the Visa and Mastercard service. Asked if I authorised transfer of $2000 this morning.

Never leaves a message. I have found all calls from mobiles beginning with 0483 and 0485 are scammers. These numbers aren't registered to legitimate users in Australia.

Told me they are Telstra and there's something wrong with my internet setting. I shouldn't update my phone and I shouldn't try to change setting on my phone. When I said "Thank you", she hung up.

Tried to tell me someone had used my bank card. Hang up and called the bank. No such transaction existed
