Recorded message from Dept of Mastercard / Visa - charge of $1,399 for on-line shopping. Press 1 .. Press 2 to approve. Either one will take you to a scammer who will ask for your bank, name, numbers etc. Mastercard & Visa are separate companies, they don't have a common "fraud" department.
