Automated message supposedly from PayPal saying a false payment of $1300 had been detected. Press one to approve or 2 to dispute or something like that.

04 numbers are always mobile ones and I hardly think any card services would be using a mobile phone

I have just had a call from this number which I didn't pick up. However, on 2nd October through Pay pal, which I haven't used for years, I donated $200 using my credit card for which I received a Transaction ID and a receipt. I also received a receipt from Bridges for Peace which is a Christian humanitarian mission in Israel. The donation was to cover food to bolster supplies for their Food Bank in Northern Israel.

Caller: Visa Card Services Scam call in regards to a transaction of a $1099.00 amount. Had to press 1 or 2 to approve. Absolute SCAM. They even used an Australian recorded voice message.
