Received a call saying that my IP address was exposed and asked me to download “Anydesk” an app that basically helps to manage somebody else’s device

Do not pick up. Scam recorded voicemail message left about Telstra and/or phone service being disconnected; press 1 for English ans 2 for Chinese….then goes to Chinese speaking.

This number has rung a number of times. I read comments and blocked

Caller: Female caller

When I answered there were several seconds of silence, then a female voice (with a strong Indian accent) told me that she was from the security department of Visa and that my card had been used for some overseas transactions. I told her that the transactions were OK then there were a few seconds of silence, and she hung up. Definitely a scam, probably from overseas but using an Australian mobile number.

I did not answer because I am deaf

They call and they hang up!
