Caller: Australian Wealth Consultants This phone call was from a nice lady from Australian Wealth Consultants. Years ago I submitted a query about tax incentives and investment properties. She advised my number was kept on their records and they were calling to see if I was interested in them assisting me with negative gearing a rental property to pay it off quickly using tax savings.
