Phone flagged immediately as SPAM caller

Received phone call from this number today. Was a pause before the other person stated they were from clear vision techniques? When I asked how they got my number, the caller immediately hanged up. Blocked, sounds dodgy!

BS survey designed to capture as much personal information about you as they can. Their seemingly harmless questions are designed to entangle the unwary. Unwary is a polite way of saying stupid.

No voicemail was left. Phone ID was "detected spam".

Called and tried to call back no dial tone.

Has called me twice over the past 4 days and both times I have answered and been hung up on within 3-5 seconds without hearing anything.
