online shopping scam asking to press 1 or 2.

Caller: Scammer

This number is used by the scam call centres based on the subcontinent, and they run many, many scams so will use this number to call from with any sort of current scam. I refuse to change my personal mobile number as I've had it for 25 years.
I assume my phone number and email address were obtained after numerous Data Breaches including the Optus and Medibank ones. After six plus months of receiving legitimate emails from the Microsoft Account Team for a single use code to log into my hotmail account, the desperate scammers finally called my phone number attempting to get code. Caller identified as being from Telstra (they weren't), told me I'd been overcharged on my account (I haven't) told me the account number started with 20000 (they all do) and once they confirm my identity they would initiate the refund. Confirmed my email address started with va***@gmail.com (yes, it does, but Outlook tells you that is where it's sending the reset email).
I wish I had time to continue the charade as I really wanted to waste his time, but I had an urgent meeting starting in 3 mins and told him so, he said it would be really quick and I just had to give him the single-use code. Checked my email and said "oh yes, here it is" then outlined everything he got wrong: I'm not with Telstra (although I worked there for 15 years and use the Telstra network through a Boost Mobile); I haven't been overcharged and all Telstra account numbers start with 2000. I couldn't swear as I was standing next to my Director, but would have said "get f*cked you a**hole".

Automated voice saying my Amazon Prime subscription is about to expire and $99 is being charged from my account

Caller: visa card

They said visa card charged $1,000 in the morning press 1 or 2 or 0

Caller: Telstra?

Claimed there was a problem with my internet. I said someone called yesterday and fixed it. She said no, they were not a legitimate call. I said you are? She said yes and gave me her reg. Number. I asked if I could call her back. She hesitated for a few seconds and terminated the call. I took that as a no. 😊

Automated voice claiming to confirm a purchase by me from ebay..

Caller: EBay?

Caller said they were from Ebay and an amount of $299.99 would be debited frills my account.
Asked me to press 1 if ok to debit my account.
I hung up.
