Few seconds to connect. Accent was so bad could hardly understand but something to do with NBN connection technical problems. Hung up quick smart when I started asking questions back.

Recorded message says it's from visa and there has been a request for a debit for $1999. It says press 1 to cancel or 2 to authorize. Sounds very convincing- beware.
