Caller: Recorded message

When I answered there were a few seconds of silence followed by a recorded woman's voice (with an Australian accent) which purported to be from the security department of Visa & Mastercard and that my credit card had been debited of $1399. If I considered the transaction to be fraudulent then I should press button 1 etc. Needless to say I didn't press any buttons , just hung up.

Claimed something to do with eBay. Automated voice. Hung up before full message finished.

This number phoned today, looked dodgy, did not answer, I checked this site, and it was dodgy

The samer here - silence, followed by a mesage from PayPal saying $750 dollars would be debited from my account. If I considered this to be a fraudelent action press 1 etc. I hung up

Caller hung up when the answering machine picked up. Only friends and family have our number and they leave messages. Clearly a scam call.

Scam call regarding a ebay payment I do not use ebay

Didnt answer but checked here and yes its a scam........ so over these

Advised that my credit card had a $1399 and to push 1 to cancel. Blocked it. I am so sick of these calls.

This was what seemed like the thousandth call from what are clearly yet more scammers using yet another number. I'm sick to death of it, and having to block a new number pretty much every single day.
Please don't answer calls from unknown numbers, ever. It's seems to be the only way these pathetic lowlifes will be put out of business.

Caller: Claims to be Optus but scam

Called knowing my full name and claiming to be from Optus. I’m not with Optus.

They said they were from Nab bank and someone had taken $700 out of account. Then ask if I was with any other bank. It was just a scam.

Caller: SCAM, claiming to be from VISA

Recording claiming to be from VISA. Saying something about recent transactions. Requesting to press a number to resolve the issue. I hung up!!

did not answer as number unknown. no message left and number now blocked. checked this site and appears it was a scammer calling anyway.

Pretended to be from PayPal letting me know they were going to block a purchase of $899 as my account had been hacked from California, then tried to get me to download an app from Apple that would give him remote access to my computer and probably wanted access to my PayPal account. Indian guy. Didn’t know the phrenetic alphabet. Got aggressive when I said I thought it could be a scam and would phone PayPal back. I hung up, checked my PayPal account. No activity had happened. Number now blocked

Recorded message in both American accent and Chinese claiming my vodaphone account will be cut off soon .. press 1 etc … not even with them anyway dirty scum heads

A delay in speaking and then a recorded male voice (australian accent) telling me he was from Visa... didn't specific which bank. Hung up on the message.

I didn't answer this number but was left a message regarding a Visa purchase for bitcoin and followed the same as the above message.
