Caller: Claimed to be ‘Powerdeals’, supposedly Melbourne- based.

Claimed to offer best power rates compared with existing retailer, started quoting figures. I asked to have full comparisons emailed but they said couldn’t do unless I signed contract with 10 day cool off period first &that this was normal practice. I said that sounded like marketing bullsh*t & held my position, whereupon they hung up.
Initial caller introduced self as ‘Max,’ (yeah right) transferred me to unnamed second male; both yet more Indian scam slime.

I answered but all I heard was a machine saying "Goodbye" and the call ended. Perhaps trying to find out which numbers are real so another scammer can call later on.
