Caller: Pretending to be from Commonwealth bank This is a scam, pretended to be from Commonwealth bank and querying me on "fraudulent overseas rejected" Asked me to open Google play to start an increased security measure. When you answer, it takes a while for them to come online - hence the delay mentioned in the other comments. Indian accent and sounded like a call centre in the background - hear people on other calls.
