This number called right after 0483 901 110 called first. Both within the same minute. Both for just a couple of seconds so that you don't have enough time to answer the call. The scammers are waiting for you to call them back, but what that would imply, not sure.
I'm thinking of the following scenarios that could happen if you'd call the scammers back:
- You'll incur phone billing costs
- You'll be answered by a voice (which can sound like a real human) that will somehow lure you into giving them sensitive details. Like pretending to be your bank.
- Or as a minimum, nothing happens except that they'll remember that your phone number called back. Which means that you're a real person, thus you'll be targeted next time with smarter scammers.

Very likely to be scammers using temporarily numbers, again. So blocking the phone numbers has barely any impact, because they'll just generate a new one.

I can't believe the influx of scam calls going all the way through end-users here in Australia, this should be caught at the provider level. C'mon telco aussies, please find an automatic way to reduce these automated scam calls.
