Amazing. Our governments are going to protect us from Aliens, ballons and bombs, but can't protect us from telemarketers, spoofs and spams.

Caller: Mumbai Call Centre Another Scam Call. You firstly here a strange tone, (sounds like a phone exchange tone) then they have an automated rubbish message that says you have been hacked and need to call back to get a refund, WTF? Blocked number.
