Caller: Fake name given as James Robert

Person is a scammer. They were supposed to be delivering bales of hay and asked for a deposit. As soon as the deposit was paid they blocked our number. Thank God it was a small value, but value aside, it is theft by deception and clearly he does this to lots of people, so we will be going to the police station first thing in the morning!!

I was looking for a double bed frame for my son, messaged on Gumtree, ask for me to transfer $15 for petrol to have it delivered but still nothing since 9am this morning. It's almost 5pm. I know it's not alot of money but when you don't have alot and looking for something for your child then get scammed it's really not a good feeling. Just another scammer.

Said they had a free fridge for me but just wanted $15 for delivery, I paid it cos I was super excited to be getting a fridge after not having one for 3 weeks or so. I know $15 isn't much but for me it isn't about the money it's the principle of the theft.
