They sent a message: Do you have a minute for a chat?
It’s obviously a scam. A sneaky new type where they make it seem like a genuine message from someone. If anyone was important enough for a chat, you would already have their number, and if you didn’t they’d mention who they are and what they wanted in the message.

Text massage says “can I ask something quick?”
Nothing else so looks like comments to a friend but 9 people have searched for this number in reverse Australia this week
