Caller: Claiming to be NBN. Claiming to be from NBN. Asian voice (kevin) At work, wife answered phone, asked her to start computer and to check download speed. Said she does not know how to use computer. Want access to modem and to check download speed. Said that technicians ware to perform maintenance on exchange and that they will visit our residential address at an arranged time and day. When queried about their business address said they were located 100 miles north of Sydney at postcode 2060. Very persistent, rang 4 times over 3 days. Hung up. Contacted Telstra who said that scam was in operation.
