Caller said he was from NBN and wanted me to download anydesk so that he could instal a speed booster on my modem. Also told me that I was to be connected to a fibre optic cable. I am already connected via HFC. I think he assumed that I was using the old copper network. I said I knew it was a scam because NBN do not phone retail customers.
