Caller: Amnesty International I usually answer and don’t say anything and the auto dialler/machine hangs up after a few seconds of silence. These are usually 0482 numbers. I was surprised to hear an actual human on the other end. Calling about a survey I filled out about invasion day (true) but wanting me to get on board with being a “human rights defender” for raising the age of criminal responsibility from 10 to 14. After speaking non stop for about 5 minutes I told him I wasn’t interested and thanks. He hung up. Won’t be filling in any more surveys or answering calls from 0482 numbers.
