Can’t this number be permanently blocked somehow so I stop receiving them. When I’ve rung back all I get is heaving breathing then it disconnects almost immediately

Woman said her name was Deb from Unity, I have no knowledge of Unity? Or who they are. So terminated call then blocked this number

Called saying she was from guide dogs Australia tryna sell me “raffle tickets” to be in the draw to win $20,000 after telling me that guide dogs is only 13% funded by the government and they rely on donations from people like myself to get by. I’ve never donated once in my life. Block the number

drives me crazy, also now says guide dogs victoria in a message if i ring it back.....i think not

I received a missed call from the number. A voicemail was left but it was just someone breathing on the other end before hanging up. If they leave no voicemail then it can't be that important. Permanently blocked the number now.
