Calls, when answered.. says nothing.. not a word and then hungs up..

Hung up as soon as I answer and not leaving a message

Makes sense if it is ACF - I stopped donating to them last year. This one left a voicemail but she clearly wasn't listening and thought I had picked up, so all the message said was "Hello? ... Hello? ... Helloooo?" *beep*.

I screen all calls so I'm grateful there have already been comments. When I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.
