yet another PayPal robocall scam. Why the @#$% can't the telecoms networks monitor calls enough to determine that something is a robocall made to a number on the DNCR, and a scam as soon as it mentions PayPal or eBay?

I keep getting calls from the "Chinese Embassy" saying that there is a visa issue. I am an Aussie born and bred so this is a scam call. It is happening two to three times a day and they use all different numbers. This is just another number they are using.
