This was supposed to be my uber delivery from Coles. He sent a text in Arabic, then called pretending not to understand English. I didn't see him or get my shopping!
If anyone knows of this driver he has been reported to police as a person of interest............

Thought it was spam but answerred and was an uber driver

It was a spam call. I was driving for Uber and received a call, so I assumed it was a customer calling for an update. However, when I arrived and asked the customer about it, they told me they hadn’t called. It appears to have been a spam caller pretending to be from Uber.

Initially i thought it's a scam call but then I found out this no was uber driver whenever they called their customers. Hope this helps.

Name comes up as Blaise, who is an Uber driver. Dropped off my order from Dan Murphy's. Order was correct but tracking to me was turned off once the order was collected.

I think this number is just a default for Uber etc
Not a scam, as in my case the driver was outside and just calling to confirm the house number.

I placed my dinner order today and received text messages from Uber saying this person (given name appers to be "Rameshe" on the Uber text message, for the privacy issue I won't show the full name) will be my Uber delivery person and said I can contact this person via this phone number. However, when I received the "Delivered" message from Uber, no delivery person showed up at the entrance of my apartment and therefore nothing is delivered at all. I even walked out to see if the order is mis-delivered near the door of neighbour buildings but found nothing. I guess this is not the first time this person (OR A GROUP OF PEOPLE using the same phone number) tried to do bad delivery like this.

Got a delivery from Woolworths and this person using the number had the nerve to message my wife’s number saying “”you should at least have common sense.” What a wanker he’s lucky i wasn’t there when he did the delivery.

I can confirm he is an Uber driver named Roland, he delivered my shopping. Texting me on this number to confirm first, service was great.
