Caller: i do not know scam child?

Called me today and didn’t leave message. Another type of scam?

Says she’s calling on behalf of RSPCA and asking for donation. Very persistent.
It is a scam as RSPCA doesn’t use telemarketers.

Caller: "eldest Child"

Obviously a scam

"Hi Mum/Dad this is my new phone number
Can u text me right back if u have seen this message?"

No non-existent child of mine is going to use "u" in a text.

Scam text message that reads: "Hi mumm/dad this is my new phone number
Can u text me right back if u have seen this message?"

"Hello Mum/Dad this is my new phone number.
Would you like to save it please?"

Don't reply and block the number to avoid being fooled in future.
This is a 'Smishing' (SMS Phishing) Cypersecurity attack.

SMS with following message:

"hi mumm/dad this my new phone number. text me back if you have seen this message ok?"

Don't reply and keep you phone off call lists!

Scam text....do not reply...please note spelling of "mumm".

fake text to "mumm/dad"
