SCAM - This company knew my name and was asking about my electricity account letter, and had I received it. She did not like being asked what electricity company she worked for, and my questions back and hung up. Just throw the questions back at them . Do not admit to them your name , ask them who is calling and why . That was enjoyable for the first time 🤣
