Text message stating "Hey mum my phone is ruined...I dropped it in the toilet by accident, save this as my new number for now x" I checked with my kids and it was not them. Number now blocked

Phone caller knew my first name, claimed I'd set up an account with the company BeDeluxe. I said no I have not, you're a scammer and I hung up.

Left a message saying they dropped the phone in the toilet and needed me to send them $1900. Provided back details of 242200 account 0476 593 835. A long winded rant about having a really bad day blah blah blah

Caller knew my name

Caller left a text message from this number "Dad, I smashed my phone and it broke so got this one with a new contract. You can delete my old one. Can you let me know when you have received this. X". I checked with kids and not from any of them. Number now blocked.

Text message saying "Dad! I smashed my phone and got this one on a new contract. Delete the old number blah blah blah. X"

I received a text message from this number pretending to be my child telling me that they dropped their phone in the toilet and this was their new number.
