Caller: James from Oak Road call centre Knew my name. Asking me to stock up my wine cellar with some absolute Barossa Valley bargains currently selling for half price. "I've just been made redundant after 8 years and I have to conserve my cash until I get another job." He wished me luck and said he'd check up with me in a month.
