Caller claiming to be from Victoria yet when I tried to return a missed call from this number, an automated voice stated that the number was not available from my number. Actually caught the call next tine they called, an American woman wanting me to put a device in my home to check the amount of electricity I wascusingvandvhow much I would be saving each quarter. Asked if this was a form of Big Brother watching how much electricity I was using each quarter, she stated it was for my use only, when I tried to explain to her that I get the amount I use each month on my Electricity Bill she actually stated that it was not possible, by having this device in my home I would have an actual reading and by having this device I could save a lot of money. I told her that I was living in the home on my own and that I new how much electricity I was using from my bill each month, and that my bills very rarely differed and that because of this I would not be getting a device, she was not happy and kept talking, I then hung up
