He rang at 8.30 telling me he was from NBN and told me my modem needs updating, he asked how many lights flashing on the Modem and I told him, he then told me to open my computer and he said he would guide me through that’s when I told where to go and he became abusive and so did I and threatened to shut down my modem
I told him where to go again I hung up on him but he kept on ringing about 8 times

SAME AS ABOVE - ALMOST INDISTINCT VOICE BUT DID PICK UP THE WORD "MODEM". CALL DELETED AND BLOCKED,

(Difficult to understand) appeared to be an agent for nbn ringing at 8pm offering an update to my modem. At first I thought it meant "supply an updated modem" but no, an on-line update. He led me to open a website "ultraviewer", which looked to me like it would allow him to take control of my computer. at this point my distrust grew so much I terminated the call and deleted the download from the website - an .exe file I did not execute.
